Conference Theme: New Horizons in Dermatology and Venereology
This year's scientific programme aims to provide an update on cutting-edge research, latest clinical practice guidelines and technological innovation that sets new standards for dermatological education in our region.
Our programme aims to cover a wide spectrum of dermatological practice, from inpatient medical dermatology, allergy testing and immunodermatology, to surgical and aesthetic procedures and skin cancer management.
We are privileged to have Professor Carsten Flohr, Chair in Dermatology and Population Health Sciences at King’s College London and Honorary Consultant in Dermatology, as our keynote speaker at our main conference. Professor Flohr specialises in population-based dermatology research and clinical trials focused on atopic eczema. He is a Founding Director of the International Eczema Council and former President of the British Society of Paediatric and Adolescent Dermatology.
The Residents' Challenge aims to foster ties and bonding between dermatology residents in the region, laying the ground for future collaborations. Residents and students will have opportunities to present their research at our Free Paper and Research Study session. Participants will be able to learn more on the latest in management of hair disorders and procedural dermatology at our Pre-Conference workshops and hands-on sessions.
